DESCRIPTION
The WalleyeX Depth Charge GT is designed to be the perfect finesse search and destroy bait. Featuring a streamlined head, this bait will stay down in the water column while being retrieved or trolled and if using forward facing sonar, the design reflects sonar waves back to the transducer making the bait stand out on your sonar unit. We have also incorporated concave surfaces into the head of the bait that nearly eliminates tangles from casting and makes the bait stable while moving through the water, reducing line twist. In addition to the enhanced head design, each bait comes equipped with a heavy-duty stainless-steel prop, high-quality swivel, and a sharp, offset hook which features our “Bait Keeper” barb to keep any bait securely in place. We recommend casting this bait and allowing it to sink close to the bottom or tops of weeds/rocks/timber and then retrieving back to the boat. Make sure to vary your retrieve speed to determine whether walleyes are in a positive or negative mood. Make sure to add your favorite live bait or soft plastic bait to the hook for added attraction.
